Friends of Canada hosted an informal Canada Day Celebration in the presence of Canadian Ambassador Keith Morrill at 19.30 on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at La Piazza pizzeria, Chalandri, Athens. Participants were also invited to bring items to donate to the Salvation Army (for the infants of women working in the Athens Red Light district) via FoC’s Welfare Network (volunteers Ray Lamont and Jean-Curtis Plante). Volunteer Dawn Lefakis ran the Canada Photo Booth.
